Video consultation by computer, what equipment is needed?

A video consultation can be started on a computer, from the JUSTISCALL site

However, quality equipment is recommended: 

  • The video consultation can only be done if your computer is equipped with an internal or external camera (webcam);
  • The browser Google Chrome is essential to start a video consultation (by choosing another browser, your video consultation on the day of the appointment may not be successful);
  • Think of clear cache and cookies from google chrome, as well as make the updates necessary for the proper functioning of the computer;
  • For a better connection, do not hesitate to switch to wired if the WiFi is not optimal;
  • If your computer is portable, make sure it has enough battery to last throughout the video consultation (if not, put it on charge);
  • For better sound and audio quality, it is recommended to use a headset with microphone

Video consultation on mobile phone, what equipment is needed?

A video consultation can be started on a smartphone, preferably from the JUSTISCALLPRO app

However, quality equipment is recommended: 

  • The smartphone must have a working camera;
  • Make sure the smartphone has enough battery to last throughout the video consultation;
  • For a better connection, do not hesitate to switch to 4G if the WiFi is not optimal;
  • For better sound and audio quality, it is recommended to use a headset with microphone;
  • Position the smartphone in front of you, if possible against a stable support, to ensure better image quality during video viewing.

In which environment should I carry out my video consultation?

So that the video consultation takes place in the best environment: 

  • Be sure to be punctual (start the consultation 10 minutes before the appointment time);
  • Make sure that the video consultation is held in a quiet place that respects the confidentiality of the consultation.
  • Pay attention to the reflections of the screen (or other light sources) on your glasses and the backlight
